San Diego Pain Institute utilizes the latest diagnostic imaging to provide the most advanced pain therapies in the region such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, spinal cord stimulation, and regenerative therapy. Most spinal injections take only 10 to 15 minutes to perform. All spinal injection procedures that are done in our office surgery center are performed using state-of-the-art fluoroscopy (x-ray guidance). Success rates can vary depending on one’s spinal condition and lifestyle.
